# Exporting Usage Data

> Download a CSV of aggregate platform usage from the admin dashboard and send it to CrewAI when requested.

## Overview

From time to time, CrewAI will ask you to export your platform usage data and send it to us. This data helps us understand how the platform is being used so we can improve our offerings. The export contains **aggregate counts only** — no personally identifiable information or identifiers leave your deployment.

The export is a self-service action available to administrators directly from the admin dashboard.

## Exporting the CSV

1. Sign in to your deployment and open the **admin** dashboard.
2. In the left-hand navigation, select **Usage Export**.
3. Click the **Download CSV** button.
4. Send the downloaded CSV file back to CrewAI.
