Overview
From time to time, CrewAI will ask you to export your platform usage data and send it to us. This data helps us understand how the platform is being used so we can improve our offerings. The export contains aggregate counts only — no personally identifiable information or identifiers leave your deployment.
The export is a self-service action available to administrators directly from the admin dashboard.
Exporting the CSV
- Sign in to your deployment and open the admin dashboard.
- In the left-hand navigation, select Usage Export.
- Click the Download CSV button.
- Send the downloaded CSV file back to CrewAI.
The page shows the months covered by the export so you can confirm the reporting period before downloading.
